Children's Futures was founded on the premise that a concerted effort is needed to enrich the lives of Trenton's children by drawing together health, service and education providers.

Children's Futures is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization focused on improving health and development outcomes for children and their families. We do this by: engaging community partners to help break down family isolation; building trust between and among residents; forming alliances with health care providers; promoting positive parenting through information, resources and programs; and, helping Trenton's most vulnerable citizens secure essential services.

We specifically work to improve the lives of Trenton's children by working to improve children and families health while preventing problem behaviors like gang violence, domestic violence and drug and alcohol abuse. We also provide technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of grass roots organizations and individuals dedicated to the prosperity and well-being of Trenton's families.
