Central Intake Coordinator

As the Central Intake Coordinator for Children’s Futures (CF), Ms. Ramos has the responsibility of supervising Central Intake (CI) Data Management Information in the PRA/SPECT system.

Ms. Ramos oversees performance of the state-funded program and identifies and addresses challenges within the system. She works directly with clients who seek services by phone or in person. She facilitates discussion among CI program members about the rules governing the triage of referrals, reviews all referrals received and sends routine reports.

Before joining Children’s Futures, Ms. Ramos work for Family First Medical Associates in Lancaster, PA., as a Certificate Medical Assistant. She also worked for the Planned Parenthood of Lancaster County as an Assistant Manager /HIV counselor where she provided health education on family planning.

Ms. Ramos earned her BA in Social Work at the Inter Americana University in Puerto Rico. She also attended Harrison career Institute where she was certified as a Medical Assistant.
