Brenda Diaz

Case Manager

Ms. Diaz is responsible for assisting families with obtaining community services and supports that are essential to improving overall health and well-being. Such assistance includes but is not limited to client outreach, counseling, parental instruction and education, service referral and follow up. Ms. Diaz is also responsible for timely, electronic data entry and the production of management information reports on service utilization and other pertinent information for assessing client progress.

Before joining Children’s Futures, Ms. Diaz worked 10 years for The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as a meeting planner/event coordinator. In that role, she was responsible for coordinating meetings, trainings, small events and larger organizational events.

Ms. Diaz graduated cum laude from Ashford University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Science.
